New journals on Érudit

There will be 17 new journals on Érudit in 2017 and 2018!

Six of these new journals will be accessible in open access : Architecture Canada, Éthique en éducation et formation, Recherches qualitatives, Québec Journal of International Law, Revue Gouvernance and Revue musicale OICRM.

The other 11 ones will be accessible in deferred open access (the content of the scholarly journals is available in open access after 12 months of restricted access and 36 months for the cultural journals).

Simmel Studies (1999–; first entitled Simmel Newsletter 1991–1999) was founded by Prof. Otthein Rammstedt at the University of Bielefeld (Germany). Rammstedt’s intention was to promote and disseminate Simmel’s thought in relationship with the edition of Georg Simmel’s Gesamtausgabe by the German publisher Suhrkamp (edition completed under his direction at the end of 2015). Éthique en éducation et en formation

This journal publishes texts concerning the relationships between ethics and education/training. These relationships are constructed around a broad understanding of ethical education, which includes specific disciplines and programs dedicated to ethics (e.g., moral, civic and legal education; human rights; citizenship; religious and cultural ethics; personal and social training; etc.). This broad understanding of ethical education also includes the inherent ethical dimension of education/training in its founding principles, approaches and targets. And beyond that, there are the issues affecting the relationships between ethics and education/training, such as those appearing in scientific literature, policies, programs, practices and conceptions.

Recherches qualitatives is an international, transdisciplinary journal published in French. It promotes and supports the development and understanding of qualitative research and applicable methodologies. Québec Journal of International Law

The Québec Journal of International Law is the scientific body of the Société québécoise de droit international (Québec International Law Society). As the only international law journal from the Americas published primarily in French, the Québec Journal of International Law is a gateway to the continent for legal communities throughout the francophonie.
