Following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Union, Érudit has issued a “Privacy policy” (read it here) as well as a “Cookie policy” (available here), in compliance with the GDPR requirements, as well as with Quebec’s provisions set out in the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, L.R.Q., c. A-2.1 and in the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, L.R.Q., c. P-39.1.
The “privacy policy” summarizes the various personal data that could be collected while you navigate on our platform, whereas the “Cookie policy” details the different types of cookies being used, their purpose, as well as how to withdraw your consent for their collection.
